To accomodate clients who would like to be seen sooner than their scheduled session, clients may submit the form below to be placed in a queue to be contacted as earlier appointments become available. If you would like to advance your appointment to an earlier date, you are also free to view the schedule to see if there is an available appointment that fits your needs. Please note:

  • The practice is unable to guarantee that a sooner appointment will become available.
  • You are under no obligation to accept an appointment that may be offered to you.
  • Sessions could be offered with very little notice.
  • This is not meant to provide an emergency service. If this is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
