The practice is expanding and seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Counselors, and Licensed Psychologists to provide therapy and counseling services to clients at the Edwardsville office. Selected providers would be contractors (not employees) engaging in a fee-split arrangement with the practice. Contractor would be responsible for providing counseling, maintaining records, and securing professional liability insurance coverage. The practice would be responsible for insurance credentialing, billing, managing referrals and initial appointments, marketing, and furnished office space. This is a great opportunity for counselors who are looking to work a few extra hours on the side in addition to a full-time job or for providers who are desiring to operate in an outpatient setting in a full-time basis.

The ideal contractor will:

• be licensed in Illinois as a master-level clinician.
• have two years of post-license experience (required by some insurance companies).
• be experienced with couples counseling.
• be a self-starter and willing to maintain proper records.
• have experience working with children and teenagers.
• be eligible and willing to secure professional iability insurance.
• be able to work independantly with little supervision.
• be culturally competant and able to work with diverse populations.
