Methods of Payment
Payment may be made by check or credit card. Payment is expected at the time of your session. For your convenience, credit card payments are accepted. Credit cards are only accepted online and payments must be made prior to your session. If paying by credit card, please inform Brian prior to your session so that an invoice can be emailed to you.

Rate
For services not covered by insurance or an EAP, there is a standard rate of $110 for each fifty-minute clinical session. There is a discounted rate of $70 available to clients who schedule appointments at off-peak times (currently, 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on weekdays). Payment options for prospective clients who are experiencing financial hardships can be discussed. Call or email to learn more.

For clients with other insurance plans, the practice will complete the documentation that your insurance company requires for reimbursement of out-of-network services rendered.

Cancellation Policy
It is understandable that appointments need to be canceled and rescheduled on occasion. It is required that you give at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment. The practice reserves the right to charge $35.00 for sessions that are canceled without 24 hours of notice.
